Elite Rentals has been established since July 2007 and has rapidly expanded. There are three fully qualified property managers including Cheryl Wedding, Alexandra Goodfellow and Sonia Napoletano along with a support staff member.

The senior property manager, Cheryl Wedding has over 15 years property management experience. She has been a joint principal, owning and operating an extremely successful franchise real estate firm for almost 10 years, building up a rent roll from some 10 properties to over 120 permanent rental properties and over 110 holiday rental properties, her experience is well documented.

Alexandra (Alex) has worked in the real estate industry for 5 years and has attained her property management qualification over 3 years ago. Sonia is the newest property manager having received her property management certificate over 12 months ago.
