Whilst Elite Rentals is only a newly formed trading name, the property manager, Cheryl Wedding has over 12 years property management experience. Having been a joint principal, owning and operating her own extremely successful franchise real estate firm for almost 10 years, building up a rent roll from some 10 properties to over 120 permanent rental properties and over 110 holiday rental properties, her experience is well documented.
